Self Care Sundays

Sundays are for winding down, set your priorities for the week ahead, and rethink your strategy.  I usually do a good set or two of 1 hour power walking or running on weekends, in an effort to countereffect all the sitting I do on weekdays.  Stretching my legs and back, pumping up the heartbeat, and breaking a sweat are always a sure way to bring good vibes back in.

Today, we came out from our little corner in Miami, and did a 5 mile walk at the Key Biscayne bridge.  This was the view.

I am now relaxing at home, writing to you guys, and planning some things for the new week.
